Terms of Service
Last updated: September 11, 2026
No legal entity has been registered for this service yet. The operator (the individual or entity that publishes this site) must supply a registered entity name, address, and jurisdiction before these terms bind any party. Until then, the following terms describe the intended relationship and are provided as an operational statement, not as a legally enforceable contract.
Use of the Service
Catalogforge is a client-side variant matrix generator. By using it, you agree to these terms.
- You may use the tool for any lawful purpose, personal or commercial.
- You may not reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the service.
- You may not represent this tool as your own product.
Billing & Payments
Catalogforge offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription. The Free plan requires no payment or account. The Pro plan is a monthly subscription.
- Pro Plan price: $9 per month, billed monthly in advance.
- What you get: Up to 50 products, 30 sizes, 100 colours, CSV download with BOM, batch export of multiple matrices, and saved matrix presets (stored locally in your browser).
- Billing period: Monthly. Your subscription renews automatically on the same day each month until you cancel.
- Payment method: All payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing to the Pro plan, you authorise Stripe to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
- Failed payments: If a payment attempt fails (expired card, insufficient funds, or bank decline), we retry the charge automatically up to three times over seven calendar days. If all retries fail, your subscription is paused and Pro features become unavailable. You can update your payment method or resubscribe at any time by contacting catalogforge@agen2ic.ai.
- Refunds: Pro subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. If you cancel, your current paid month remains active until its natural end — you will not be charged for the next billing period. No prorated refunds are given for partial months. If a technical defect prevents you from using the tool you paid for, contact catalogforge@agen2ic.ai and we will resolve it.
- Cancellation: You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time by emailing catalogforge@agen2ic.ai. Cancellation stops future charges; access to Pro features continues until the end of the current billing period.
No Data Storage
Catalogforge does not operate servers, databases, or user accounts. All data you enter exists only in your browser's memory. No data is transmitted, stored, or retrievable by the operator or any third party.
No Warranties
This tool is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. While the matrix computation is deterministic and testable (every count is derived from your input and displayed alongside the result), the operator makes no guarantees about fitness for any particular purpose, including but not limited to marketplace upload compliance.
Limitation of Liability
The operator is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use this tool, including but not limited to incorrect variant counts, failed marketplace uploads, or lost business opportunities.
No Integration Guarantees
Catalogforge generates a CSV file in a standard format. It does not and cannot integrate with any marketplace, supplier, or e-commerce platform. Compatibility with Shopify, Etsy, Printful, Printify, or any other service depends entirely on the CSV format and the receiving platform's import rules — the operator does not warrant that the CSV will be accepted by any specific system.
Intellectual Property
The Catalogforge brand, logo (3×3 grid mark), and tool are provided as a service. You retain all rights to your product data and the CSV files you generate.
Changes
These terms may be updated at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Contact
For billing, support, or general questions: catalogforge@agen2ic.ai. A human reads this address.
Governing Law
No governing law or jurisdiction is specified because no legal entity has been registered. The operator must designate a jurisdiction before any legal framework applies.
