Your products, sizes, and colours in the boxes. Every valid combination in the table. Every count reconciled. Download the CSV.
Catalogforge computes the complete variant matrix — every SKU your store needs — and shows you exactly how many combinations you get, how many you excluded, and whether the numbers match. No uploads, no accounts, no storage: everything happens in your browser.
What it does
Cross-product matrix
Enter your products, sizes, and colours — one per line. Catalogforge computes every valid combination automatically.
Supplier exclusions
Not every supplier carries every combination. List the ones that don't exist — only valid exclusions are subtracted from the total.
Unique SKU codes
Every row gets a generated SKU code: SKU-PROD-SIZE-COLOUR. Colour collisions (e.g. Red vs Redmond → RED1, RED2) are handled automatically.
Count reconciliation
Three numbers, computed independently: total combinations, excluded (matched), and remaining. If remaining doesn't match the rows you see, the page tells you — loudly.
CSV download
Download variants.csv with UTF-8 BOM for Excel compatibility. Every row you see on screen — in the same order — goes into the file.
Duplicate detection
Typed Red on two lines? Catalogforge flags it, de-duplicates it, and adjusts the count. No silent double-counting.
How it works
The variant matrix is simple arithmetic: total = products × sizes × colours. What everyone gets wrong by hand is the exclusions — which combinations your supplier doesn't carry. Catalogforge does the subtraction, shows you the numbers, and lets you verify every row.
Enter your axes — products, sizes, colours — one per line. Optionally list combinations your supplier doesn't carry. Hit generate. The table appears with every valid row, the count is displayed, and you can download the CSV.
Everything runs client-side. Nothing is uploaded or stored. Close the tab and it's gone — download before you navigate away.
